You can easily import your existing help articles from platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, and Freshdesk with just one click. This guide will walk you through how to import articles into Help Center.
Use the Import Feature
Go to your Help Center dashboard and navigate to the Articles section. Start the article import process by clicking on the Import option.
Choose the Source
You will be able to see many platforms listed here. You can choose from Intercom, Zendesk, or other supported platforms.
Copy and paste the URL to the homepage of your current knowledge base, and click on Import.
It takes a few minutes to complete the import. Once the import is complete, we will inform you via an email.
Note
If your knowledge base is hosted on a platform that is not listed here, we can still import from our side. To do that, please contact us at [email protected].
