AI Email auto reply will help generate an automatic email reply to an incoming email. It will analyse the email and based on it's AI knowledge it will try its best to create an answer. This happens immediately as and when a customer email is received.
If Help.center AI cannot find an answer, it will not send out an email.
How to Enable AI Auto-Reply
To enable AI Auto-Reply, go to your dashboard and click on the gear-shaped icon to open Settings. In the Settings menu, look for a subsection labeled AI Self Service.
Activate the AI email auto-reply feature by clicking on the toggle switch.
Once AI email Auto-Reply is turned on, AI will automatically analyze any incoming email conversation and see if it is possible to generate an answer to it. If yes, it will send an AI email with the AI answer.
Given below is an AI email structure. It will also have an option for the customer to ask them if they want to resolve the request.
