How to translate your Knowledge Base?

Go to Settings, navigate to General and then click on Translation. Click on Choose language and you will see a dropdown list of available languages.

This list includes English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Indonesian, Chinese and Arabic. Select the language you would like to translate your knowledge base to and it will be automatically translated.

Click 'Choose language'

If the language you're looking for is not listed, you can change the text for the individual components under the heading of Knowledge Base.

Additional fields such as Header links can be translated inside Knowledge Base. Go to Design and there under the title header links you can manually change the language for your headings.

Click 'New link'

Note

  1. When making changes to translation, please do not forget to Save changes to make them effective.

  2. Help.center is not multilingual yet, meaning the same Help.center knowledge base is not available in multiple languages at the same time. One knowledge base instance will support only language at a time.
