There are a couple of shortcuts in the Help.center Inbox to help you navigate tickets easily, as well as make your reply process much easier. Here are the shortcuts and what they are meant for:

O | Changes Ticket Status to Open |
P | Changes Ticket Status to In Progress |
C | Changes Ticket Status to Closed |
R | Opens Reply editor |
/ | Brings up Saved Replies |
# | Brings up Help Articles |
K | Navigates to the Next Conversation |
J | Navigates to the Previous Conversation |
For example, in the screenshot you can see the shortcuts that change the ticket status to Open, In progress and Closed.
