Open the Discuss Tab
Open a ticket and click on Discuss at the top right of the page.
Tag Team Members
You can tag specific team members to directly involve them in the conversation. Type @ to see your team members.
Attach Articles
Type #
to attach one of your help articles from the knowledge base to the discussion.
Add Images
It's possible to drag and drop any image to your discussion. You can also click on the image icon to select image files from your computer.
