Help center Inbox comes with smart rules for classifying tickets as spam. By setting up these rules, you can manage unwanted emails and keep your inbox organized.
Here’s a helpful guide on how to add spam rules to your Help.center inbox.
Open Settings
Go to your Help.center and click on the gear shaped icon to open Settings. Then select Inbox management under Inbox.
Add Spam Rules
In this section, you can specify which tickets the AI should identify as spam. Enter your instructions into the text box under Spam rules. When you're finished, don't forget to click on Save changes.
